About idtprof.net

idtprof.net is Francisco I. Rodríguez’s technology education publication and durable instructional site.

It publishes original education and teaching posts, reusable lessons and course resources, and curated reporting that is relevant to technology education or the subjects Francisco teaches.

Editorial boundary

Content belongs here when its primary purpose is education, teaching, or learning. That includes reporting from education publications and technology news when there is a meaningful instructional connection—for example, developments in Linux, programming, web development, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or other teaching subjects.

Curated outside reporting should identify and link to the original source, summarize rather than reproduce it, and explain its educational relevance.

Francisco’s personal Blog, entertainment, social check-ins, biography, curriculum vitae, journalism history, career archive, and broader personal publication are maintained at paco.org. The former idtprof.net /cv/ route now points to the canonical paco.org CV rather than maintaining an obsolete duplicate.

General technology news, PTIR, technology commentary, projects, tools, and selected technical notes belong at paco.io.

Active operational course dashboards may live elsewhere. idtprof.net is the public education publication and durable instructional layer rather than the live administrative portal.

Legacy continuity

Older idtprof.net posts remain at their historical URLs while they are reviewed for long-term disposition. They are excluded from the current Education Blog and RSS feed unless explicitly reclassified into the modern publication: idtprof.net model. Their presence preserves historical URLs; it does not define the site’s current editorial purpose.
